Using external data science platforms

You can connect to R or Python servers and create script calculations for your data.

You can add connections to these servers in the following ways:

  • Directly on the AI connections pane
  • When you create a dataset
  • When you work with a visualization

After you add an AI connection, you can use it for all the datasets and visualizations that you create. You can also share your connections with other users.

You can add script calculations when you create a dataset or when you work with a visualization. The script editor included in Storyboards highlights the syntax of these programming languages.
