Manage user details

You can manage the users added directly in Access Manager or those imported from an external provider. For users synchronized from the LDAP/AD, the changes related to user information and credentials do not apply because this information is read-only.

  • You have a user added in Access Manager.
  1. On the left sidebar, click Users.

  2. Find the needed user using the search field or click View all users to view the whole list.

  3. Display the user details by clicking the link in the ID column for the corresponding record.

    The page with user details opens.

  4. (Optional) If you want to log in as this user, click Impersonate. If this user is in the same realm as you, your current session will be ended.

  5. Save your changes.

  6. Go to the following tabs as needed:
