Manage pages

This topic describes how to add, copy, and delete pages on a storyboard. See also Edit page properties.

Prerequisites

• You have all the necessary role permissions granted by an administrator in Access Manager.

  Permissions

  storyboards.access

  storyboards.storyboard.create

• You opened a storyboard where you want to manage the pages.

  For the content in Shared with me, you need to have the View and Edit shared content permissions granted by the sharer.

Procedure

1. On the Storyboards toolbar, click Enable changes.

2. Manage the pages as needed:

   Add

   To add a blank page, you can choose one of the following options:

   • Point to a page tab, click Options, and then click Insert new.

     The new page is added after the currently selected page.

   • Click Add next to the last page tab. The new page is added after the last page tab.

   To edit the properties of the new page, see Edit page properties.

   Copy

   To copy a page, point to a page tab, click Options, and then click Duplicate.

   The new page is added after the currently selected page. The page title is duplicated, and the word “copy” is added. All page properties and widgets are copied to the new page.

   Delete

   To delete a page, point to a page tab, click Options, then click Delete. After you confirm the deletion, the page is deleted from the storyboard.

3. (Optional) To change the page order, drag a page tab to a new position on the page navigation bar.
4. Click Save on the Storyboards toolbar.
