Manage folders for content
In the Content pane, the content is stored in an expandable folder structure.
Before adding content to an application, you need to create at least one folder for this content.
Procedure
- On the Designer welcome page, point to an application, and then click Edit.
Select a tab.
On the application sidebar, click
Content.
The Content pane appears.
Manage the folders as needed:
Add
Click a folder, and then click
Add new folder.
A new folder is added under the selected folder.
Move
To move a folder in the folder tree, drag it to the new location.
Rename
Click the folder, and then click
Rename selected item. Type a new name, and then press Enter.
Delete
To delete a folder with all its contents, select the folder, and then click
Delete selected item.
Important: Deletion is performed without confirmation. To undo the changes, you can exit Designer without saving the application. However, all other unsaved changes will be lost.
- In the pane, click
Save.
On the menu bar, go to File > Save. Enter a description of your changes, and then click Save. Then, click Close.
To make the changes available to consumers, publish the application (File > Save and Publish).
