Create a guided analytic path

Prerequisites
Procedure
  1. On the Designer welcome page, point to an application, and then click Edit.
  2. On the application sidebar, click Guide.

    The Guide pane appears.

  3. Edit the default node:

    1. Select the node labeled Guide.
    2. Edit the label and description of the node.
    3. Click to save the description.
  4. Add a new node:

    1. Select an existing node, and then click Add node.

      A new node is added under the selected node.

      Under any node, you can add as many nodes as you want.

    2. Edit the label and description of the new node.
    3. Click to save the description.
  5. Add a report to a path:

    1. Select a node, and then click Add report.
    2. Next to Report Path, click Browse, navigate to the report, and then click Select.
    3. Edit the label and description of the report.
    4. Click to save the description.

      Under any node, you can add as many reports as you want.

  6. In the pane, click Save.
  7. On the menu bar, go to File > Save. Enter a description of your changes, and then click Save. Then, click Close.

    To make the changes available to consumers, publish the application (File > Save and Publish).
