Portals configuration
In this section, you can configure the following settings for the Portals applications: provide connection details to Content Store, define settings for publications and revision history.

You can configure the settings for the Content Store.

You can configure settings for the publications that are created in Portals.

Convert reports to images | Convert the reports to images in the publications created by the Portals users. This way, the images have a higher quality in the PowerPoint publications. The file size of these publications will also increase. |
PowerPoint image DPI | Specify the DPI of the images that are included in the PowerPoint publications. DPI (dots per inch) measures the resolution of an image for printed materials. If you set a high DPI, the file size of the PowerPoint publications increases. |
Publication limit per user | Specify the maximum number of publications that a user can run in parallel. |

You can define the revision history limit for the Portals applications.

Revision history limit | Specify the maximum number of portal revisions. For example, if the limit is set to 2, the system keeps two backup versions that you can restore. By default, the revision history limit is set to 0. This means that the system does not keep any backups, and by saving a Portals application, you overwrite the current version. |
